After the local gym in Lydney closed its doors, Personal trainer Jacob Biddle has opened own to fill the void. Specialsing in free weights and Cross-fit the gym is now open.
I had the pleasure of having the place to myself for the day to take some photos for the grand opening.
The Barn
The gym has been fully converted from a barn into a perfect personal training suit, with plenty of room for expansion as the year goes on.

With many of Jake clients following him over from the previous gym, they are bringing with them a good and friendly atmosphere.
The barn is full equipped focusing on free weights.
